Superintendency Certificate (研究生)

Become a leader both in and out of the classroom with the Superintendency 研究生 Certificate​​ 从 College of Education and Human Development at 威尼斯赌场网站. This 12-credit certificate program is designed for current Executive EdD students at Temple and those who have completed a doctoral degree in K–12 education or school leadership at another institution. 在完成, graduates will have met the requirements for the Superintendent Letter of Eligibility (LOE) 从 Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Superintendents manage multiple schools within a district and serve as the point of contact for all administrative needs. They are a spokesperson to parents, an advocate for students and an authority figure for employees. Students enrolled in the Superintendency 研究生 Certificate program will learn effective communication, ethical decision making and leadership capabilities.

Students in this program will

• learn educational leadership and administration from experts in the field;

• analyze competing perspectives on issues among schools and school districts; and

• 掌握技能, values and personal attributes for effective and ethical leadership at the highest levels in educational organizations.
